Services

Yooth Wellness provides clinician-led telehealth wellness services, including metabolic health support, longevity care, provider consultations, lab diagnostics and review, personalized treatment planning, care coordination, and ongoing monitoring. Yooth Wellness is a medical practice, not a pharmacy, and does not sell prescription medications or compounded products directly.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. During the intake process, we screen for medical contraindications. Enrollment is subject to provider approval based on your health profile.

Subscription & Billing

Certain care phases require an initial commitment billed monthly. After the commitment period, eligible subscriptions continue month-to-month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time after the applicable commitment period by contacting your provider or our support team.

Prescription and Treatment Decisions

Completing an intake, paying for a service, or requesting a care add-on does not mean any specific medication, compounded preparation, supplement, lab, or therapy will be recommended or prescribed. All treatment decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers after clinical review. See our Prescription and Treatment Policy for more information.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Fulfillment

Service fees, subscription terms, cancellations, and third-party fulfillment are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Fulfillment Policy. Yooth Wellness does not operate as an online pharmacy or medication marketplace.

Yooth Wellness services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Individual results vary and are not promised. Limitation of Liability

Yooth Wellness and its providers are not liable for outcomes beyond those covered by standard medical malpractice provisions. We do not promise specific health outcomes from our services.
