Telehealth care
By using Yooth Wellness services, you understand that care may be provided through secure electronic communications, video visits, phone calls, messaging, intake forms, lab review, and other telehealth tools. Telehealth can support convenient access to care, but it may not be appropriate for every medical concern.
Limitations and emergency care
Yooth Wellness does not provide emergency medical care. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, severe allergic reaction, thoughts of self-harm, or any urgent or life-threatening symptom, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Clinical discretion
A licensed healthcare provider determines whether telehealth is appropriate for your needs. Your provider may recommend in-person care, additional labs, outside specialist evaluation, or may decline to recommend a specific treatment if it is not clinically appropriate.
Privacy and consent
Yooth Wellness uses privacy and security safeguards designed to protect your information. You are responsible for choosing a private setting for telehealth visits and for providing accurate health information so your provider can make appropriate recommendations.
