Start with your intake form and $599 onboarding payment so Sofia can review your history, goals, symptoms, and clinical context.
After onboarding payment, choose a time to speak with your provider about your goals, next steps, and lab plan.
Your care team prepares the right lab plan, then you complete your Quest or coordinated blood draw when available.
Once results are returned, book your lab review consultation to understand your biomarkers and treatment options.
Your plan moves into active optimization, with ongoing adjustments, messaging support, refill coordination, and follow-up care.
